Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are new to Durham's Bee Farm and you are unsure about using our products, we recommend that you order 1 item and try it. We are confident you will join the many satisfied customers we have served over nearly 50 years. In the unlikely event a refund is requested, we will refund a maximum quantity of 1 for a single item on the order. No refunds are issued for 1 lb or 5 lb bags of bee pollen. We recommend that you try the ½ lb jar of pollen or a single bottle of a product before ordering larger bulk packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know we received it and that the refund has been issued. It can take 2-3 days for the refund to show in your account. If you do not see the refund within 5 days of receiving the refund email, please reply to that email and we will look into it and get back to you promptly.
The original shipping charge and the return shipping charge are non-refundable. The buyer pays return shipping.
