Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are new to Durham's Bee Farm and you are unsure about using our products, then we recommend that you order 1 item and try it. We are confident you will join the many satisfied customers we have served over the past 30 years. In the unlikely event a refund is requested, we will refund a maximum quantity of 1 for a single item on the order. No refunds are issued for 1 lb Bee Pollen, 1 lb of Royal Jelly, 1 lb of Propolis. It is recommended that you try the 1/2 lb of pollen or a single bottle of a particular product before ordering larger bulk packaging.

To receive a refund, send your single empty bottle via US Postal First Class Mail to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you by email that the refund has been issued. It can take 2-3 days for the refund to be seen in your account. If you do not see the refund in your account within 5 days of receiving the refund email, then please reply to that email and let us know and we will investigate and promptly get back with you.

The original shipping charge and return shipping charge are NON refundable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return shipping.
