    This company pulverizes to a powder which is much easier to mix/use. I have purchased from other companies that send the raw scrapings that still has bits of wood that came with the hard propolis. They were great at advising of the delay due to availability and were kind enough to send a bag of honey candy. I appreciate the professionalism.
