I was getting about 1 to 2 canker sores every 10 days or just after one would heal.  I purchased the canker rid and it worked very well especially when it was applied when I first noticed the canker sore.  I saw that propolis was in the Queen's delight and thought I would try it.  I have not had a canker sore since I started taking it. oh man that is nice.....
