Durham's Queen's Delight

I have been taking this product off and on for about 1 year. Initially I was only taking bee pollen, then I upgraded to Queen's Delight becuase of the propolis and royal jelly included. It definitely helps to provide me with an energy boost, but best of all it is assiting me with weight loss goals. Taking 3 pills each day helps me eat smaller portion meals, without feeling famished later during the day. Also, I no longer have as many colds as I used to throughout the year. Wonderful!!
