When will my order ship?

All times are Central Time Zone (Chicago, Memphis)

All orders placed by 3pm will ship the same day. If you place an Air (Next Day or 2nd Day) order that you place between 3pm and 5pm Central Time, then please call Tim Durham Sr. at 662-781-0542 or Tim Durham Jr. at 901-219-6001 to request that your order be shipped that same day. We will do our best to insure it is goes out.

What shipping methods do you offer?

For Domestic orders we ship via FedEx and the US Postal Service. We offer all services provided by FedEx. We offer Priority Mail and First Class shipping by the US Postal Service.

For Internation orders we ship any order under $50 via the US Postal Service via International First Class or International Priority Mail. For orders over $50 we only ship via FedEx International or you can have your order shipped to a "Freight Forwarding" company. We solely recommend www.BongoUS.com for your freight forwarding needs. Please click on the BongoUS link in the left border to setup an account with them.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

We do not offer Saturday delivery for Next Day Air service. If you order on Friday and request Next Day Air, then your package will be delivered on Monday or the next regular business day if Monday is a Fedex observed holiday.

How long does Priority Mail take to deliver?

Priority Mail by the US Postal Service is delivered in 2 days 85-90% of the time. It is delivered within 3 days 98% of the time. However, Priority Mail is NOT a day guaranteed service. So if you require that your order be delivered in a guaranteed time frame then you must select a service by FedEx.
