I was impressed by your statement on your Royal Jelly stability ( freeze-Dried). I have tried the expensive competitor's brand and the products in raw honey, with limited success. Your statement made a lot of sense to me as a pharmacist. Almost all intravenous medications are lyophilized ( Freeze-Dried ) in order to preserve their shelf life. The "cakes" in the bottom of the vial are then reconstituted with sterile water and used within 48 hours. Since most people in hospitals don't see their medicines prepared, they are unaware of this superior method of stabilizing a product. Your products are state of the art!

Royal Jelly is offered in one of two ways. It is offered in its pure natural state that is like a thick milky substance. This form is very unstable and must be kept frozen or refrigerated in order to preserve it. Because of the instability of this form we do not offer it to our customers.
The second form of Royal Jelly is an extract (powder or liquid form). The powder extract is by far the most popular and is what capsules contain. There are two methods of achieving a powdered extract, (1) Freeze-dried or (2) Spray-dried. Freeze-drying the Royal Jelly cost more to manufacture but it is also the best way because no food preservatives have to be added.
